VIP Auto Seat Covers warrants your Magnetic Vacuum Car Phone Mount against defects in materials, hardware, and workmanship under normal personal use for 3 months from delivery. This warranty covers the original purchaser only, cannot be transferred, and requires your order number.
Covered
- The suction base, magnet, ball joint, or arm failing under normal use
- Hardware or moving parts that break without an outside cause
- Faulty assembly
Not covered
- Weak suction or hold caused by the mounting surface (textured, curved, leather, or soft), dust, oils, or extreme heat or cold
- Weak hold caused by heavy phones, thick cases, or not using the included metal plate
- Damage to your phone, vehicle, or other property if the phone or mount falls
- Marks on the dashboard or windshield left by the mount or adhesive
- Loosening that can be fixed by re-tightening
- Damage from drops, misuse, accidents, disassembly, or modification
- Commercial or rideshare use
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Safety notice
Clean the mounting surface and install the mount according to the included guide. Use the metal plate if your setup needs it. Make sure your phone is held securely before driving, and check it regularly. Never adjust the mount while driving.
How to claim
Email vipautoseatcovers@gmail.com with your order number, photos or a video of the defect, and a short description. We usually reply within a few business days. Do not send any item back until we approve your claim and give you return instructions.
Our remedy
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected part or the mount. We choose which remedy applies. A replacement is covered only for the rest of the original 3-month period. Refunds and installation costs are not included, and our liability is limited to the price you paid.
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties last only as long as this warranty, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Your rights may vary by state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
