VIP Auto Seat Covers warrants your car cover against defects in materials, seams, stitching, and workmanship under normal personal use for 1 years from delivery. This warranty covers only the original purchaser, cannot be transferred, and requires your order number.
Covered
- Seams or stitching that come apart
- Fabric that splits or tears without an outside cause
- Early failure of the coating, straps, buckles, grommets, elastic hem, or zipper under normal use
Not covered
- Normal wear, thinning, or abrasion
- Fading or chalking from long sun and UV exposure
- Water resistance that gradually declines with age or improper care
- Water getting in during extreme weather, flooding, or from condensation
- Mold, mildew, or odor caused by covering a damp car or storing the cover wet
- Wind damage, or a cover that blows off because it was not properly secured
- Damage to paint, glass, or trim, including scratches from trapped dust or moisture
- Damage from misuse, accidents, sharp objects, hail, falling branches, or fire
- A poor fit caused by choosing the wrong size or vehicle type
- Altered products, or commercial or fleet use
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Care notice
Only cover a clean, dry vehicle, and allow for ventilation. Secure all straps according to the included guide. Store the cover dry. If you skip these steps, this warranty may not apply.
How to claim
Email vipautoseatcovers@gmail.com with your order number, photos or a video of the defect, and a short description. We usually reply within a few business days. Do not send any item back until we approve your claim and give you return instructions.
Our remedy
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected part or the cover. We choose which. A replacement is covered only for the rest of the original 1-year period. Refunds and installation costs are not included, and our liability is limited to the price you paid.
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the length of this warranty, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Your rights may vary by state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
